It is Yamato-cho (大和町) in Miyagi prefecture (宮城県), as the autumn deepens in the mountains of Kita Izumigadake (北泉ケ岳), acervate Tsukiyotake (ツキヨタケ) is shedding uncanny but fantastic green light in the darkness of the forest. After the sunset, the backside of pileus shines faintly pale, and appears dark green when taken by camera.
This is poisonous mushroom with brown color in the day light, and can be mistaken for edible Mukitake (ムキタケ). Looking at the beautiful gregariousness covering dried beech trees, "This year's numerous growth of Tsukiyotake is because of extremely hot weather of this summer and following moderate rains" Sasaki Isao (72) (佐々木勲), chairman of Sendai Mushroom Club explains.
